AP’S Bar Shop 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, AP’S will gladly accept your return of new, unopened, unused products within 15 days of your purchase. Please contact us at 828-651-0043 or email us at apsbarshop@gmail.com with questions concerning returns. Please note: Custom made chain is non-refundable.

Refunds
All returns will be professionally tested and evaluated before refunds are given. If your return has been opened or is in a condition that makes it “unsellable as new” for AP’S we can’t offer refunds. No refund will be issued for used returns or items failing warranty review. These will all be returned to Sender.

For your safety, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for your purchase. Normally it takes about 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 828-651-0043.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
At AP’S, we are committed to bringing you the best products at the lowest prices with the highest level of customer service possible. We will work diligently to help resolve any issues that may arise with your product.

If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry! We are here to help you. In the event this happens please contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you with exchanging your damaged item at no additional cost.

If you receive the wrong Item, call us at 828-651-0043 and we will make it right.

Please note: When an order is delivered, we always recommend that you inspect the package(s) for damage before you sign for or open the package(s). A package must be signed for or reported to shipping carrier as “damaged” to process a claim for replacement. In most cases the box(es) must be kept for inspection.

A few things to keep in mind when returning your purchase:

Everything that was originally sent to you needs to be returned or fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, packaging, etc).

AP’S is not responsible for lost items, damages that may occur or the loss of packaging during the return shipment.
